SupportFly specializes in and offers server support & management, web & app development services, and other cloud-based solutions. This policy outlines our procedures regarding service delivery, adjustments, and exchanges for digital services.
Service Delivery
All services, including server support & management, app development, SSL certificates, and other available & desired services, are delivered electronically through client accounts, emails, calls, etc., based on the clients’ request.
Upon successful payment, clients will receive instructions to access or activate their purchased services.
Service delivery timelines are specified at the time of purchase and may vary based on the complexity and nature of the service.
Exchange Policy
SupportFly does not offer traditional exchanges, as our products are digital services.
In the event of incorrect service activation (e.g., incorrect server configuration, SSL certificate error), clients must contact the given dedicated support team (provided at the time of the deal) within the given timeline (provided at the time of the deal).
Service adjustments will be assessed and handled individually based on the nature of the issue.
Dispute Resolution
If there are concerns about service delivery, refunds, or adjustments – clients should reach out to our support team to discuss the issue.
